Alright, alright, enough of my instagram pictures. I owe the lot of you (like, what, 2 people who even bother to look, haha.) some real work.
We’ve been really busy this phase 3, mostly because our final portfolios are already due in two weeks. I thought it crazy because they slapped us in the face with all this work as soon as the phase even started. We also have our business plan to finish along with the 16 images we have to take! It’s been a really busy month, despite all of my food postings from NYC.
Lately, I’ve been really digging the commercial work shoots, whether it be visualizing it or executing it, and for those who saw a preview of my bike and the Johnny Walker shots, those really got me more amped and driven to pursue commercial/advertising photography whole-heartedly. Also, recently I assisted two awesome photographers in NYC two weekends ago, giving me a glimpse of what it’s like to work in a product-based environment, and it just added fuel to the fire. Although I’m not completely confident in myself right now, I know if I keep at it, and not fear failing, I will get to where I want to be.
So, without further adieu, I hope you enjoy these two shots that I have worked really hard to capture in camera, and during post edit. Critiques are welcomed, wanted and appreciated!! Thanks always for the love and support :)
All I can say is, ohmahgaawwwwwwwwwd. My man Tim is gettin so sick over there in MA. The lighting, composition, and color are perfect in both shots. I especially love the JW black label shot. The ice cubes are so amazing that they don’t even look real. Big things in this dude’s future.
If you’re trying to follow a passionate photographer, then I highly suggest you go to his blog and press “follow”.
Too dope, brother. Keep these rollin’ on my dash.
